Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or store credit are not granted unless otherwise noted. Digital products are out of my hands once they are downloaded so I have no way to verify if a product has been completely removed from your device(s) and unfortunately people have taken advantage of me in the past when I was more lenient. You can contact SUPPORT for any questions or concerns before making a purchase. My product descriptions are extensive so you will know what you are buying.

Simply log in to your Amazon account, select the product, and follow the instructions. Do NOT send the product to me. If you do, I will send you a Thank You card every Christmas for the gift, LOL!
